Key Responsibilities:
- Assist installers with the installation of products at residential, commercial, and construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites and work areas before installation begins.
- Hold, position, and secure materials during installation.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting materials as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles, tools, and job sites.
- Remove debris and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
- Follow company safety policies and site-specific safety requirements.
- Report any material shortages, damages, or installation issues to the Lead Installer.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support installation operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or installation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Working Conditions:
- Work performed at customer sites, construction sites, and company facilities.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on project schedules.
- Frequent travel to local job sites.
