Job Title: SAFe Scrum Master
Location: Toronto, ON
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support Agile Release Trains, facilitate team delivery, and drive Agile best practices across enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile delivery within SAFe environments supporting enterprise initiatives.
• Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and business units.
• Coach teams on SAFe principles and Agile best practices.
• Support regulatory, compliance, modernization, and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Track Agile metrics and delivery performance.
• Remove impediments impacting program execution.
• Support governance and reporting activities within the SAFe framework.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a SAFe Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience supporting Agile Release Trains and PI Planning.
• Experience delivering enterprise platform and modernization initiatives.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage program-level dependencies and risks.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
