Tridon Communications is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Service Administrator to support our Service Department in Hinton, Alberta.This is more than an office role — you'll coordinate technicians and service jobs, assist with shipping and receiving, and gain exposure to technical work including cleaning, basic programming, and learning to repair radio equipment.What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact at the service counter
Coordinate technicians, schedules, and service jobs
Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment
Maintain service logs and track field data in Netsuite
Support billing, LEM entry, and reconciliation of service orders
Help ensure all parts and labour are properly accounted for
Assist with cleaning, staging, and learning to program and repair radios
Travel between Hinton and Edson may be required
What You Bring
2–5 years of customer service or coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in both office and light technical environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Netsuite an asset)
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Mechanical or technical aptitude is a strong asset
