About this role
We are recruiting a Business Process Analyst to join our Business Transformation team at our Burnaby head office.
The Business Process Analyst advances organizational efficiency and scalability by analyzing, designing, and standardizing core business processes. Working within the Business Transformation team, this role partners operational leaders, field teams, and corporate functions to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and support enterprise-wide process improvement and change.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze and design business processes by assessing current state workflows and creating scalable, efficient future state processes
- Drive process standardization and governance across business lines, ensuring alignment between process design, policies, and execution
- Develop clear process documentation including process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting materials
- Align processes with systems and data needs by translating business requirements into system and process improvements in partnership with Data, AI, and technical teams
- Enable change and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, training and adoption support, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization
Your experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years' experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is an asset
- Strong process analysis, mapping, and documentation skills, using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Scribe
- Hands on experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to complex workflows
- Proven ability to translate complex processes into practical, scalable solutions, supported by strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid data literacy and understanding of how processes impact data quality and insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary range: $85,000 -$105,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
