We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to join a 2-person crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. You will work independently within your crew to complete daily lawn and landscape tasks.
You will be responsible for:
- Cutting grass using gasoline-powered walk-behind and stand-on mowers
- Bagging grass clippings and debris
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Raking leaves and clearing clippings
- Operating other gas-powered equipment (trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely
- Working alongside one other crew member with minimal supervision
What we're looking for:
- Ability to work 6 days a week (weather permitting)
- Self-starter who stays on task without constant direction
- Experience with gas-powered lawn equipment (required)
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and work in heat
- Reliable transportation to our daily meeting point / job sites
- Work well in a small team of 2

This role is based in Mississauga, ON.
The salary range is $19.00–$23.00 per hour.
