Your role:

  • Summarizing the clients books and records
  • Management of clients payroll, payables, receivables, expenses and tax remittances
  • Assisting clients with the betterment of record-keeping
  • Vacation relief for other bookkeeping staff
  • All other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Self-starter, takes initiative
  • Can work independently with little supervision; Ability to jump into bookkeeping files with minimal support
  • Great organization and communication skills
  • Proficiency and/or experience with:Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word; Bookkeeping applications including Sage, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online; and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Can-do attitude
  • Experience working in a team-based environment

Monday to Friday; Flexible start and end times; 1 work from home day permitted per week.

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $53,000
