A busy, well-established dental practice is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Senior Dental Administrator to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in patient communication, and has strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients

  • Coordinate scheduling for restorative and specialty procedures

  • Support patients with insurance inquiries, estimates, and financial arrangements

  • Ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation through treatment completion

  • Manage front desk operations, patient flow, and team communication

  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation

  • Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to optimize schedules and production

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in dental administration or treatment coordination

  • Strong understanding of dental procedures and treatment planning workflows

  • Experience with insurance processing, billing, and patient financing discussions

  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently

  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable in a leadership support role

  • Experience using ABELDent dental software required or strongly preferred
