Overview
Team Lead – Brand Ambassador
Location: Oakridge Park, Vancouver Schedule: June 24-28 between 9h00am - 9h30pm
Salary: 27$/h

About the role
As a Team Lead – Sales, you will support the team of brand ambassadors in achieving their objectives during the event. This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will assist team members, track performance, and ensure optimal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members in the field
- Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand representation
- Communicate updates and feedback between the team and leadership
- Help implement sales plans and promotions
- Ensure company processes and reporting standards are followed
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience (retail or CPG experience preferred)
- Previous experience in a team lead or senior sales role is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with attention to detail
- Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (office and field)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Bilingual in English and French required
