Sourcing Manager - Packaging

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to work in the packaging department of their procurement team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging materials.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support packaging projects and commercialization.
• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supply risks.
• Track supplier KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Packaging sourcing experience is a strong asset.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
