Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)

Description

Our client is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their growing healthcare team in Calgary. This opportunity is ideal for an NP who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment, delivering specialized care in men's health and wellness. Working under physician supervision, you will assess, diagnose, educate, and develop treatment plans that help patients improve their quality of life and achieve optimal health outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients experiencing symptoms related to low testosterone and, under physician supervision, prescribe testosterone replacement therapy to optimize hormone levels.

• Assess patients for erectile dysfunction and recommend appropriate treatment options, including therapies such as Gainswave, P-Shot, or medications such as Trimix.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations for new patients and review medical histories.

• Interpret laboratory results and communicate findings to patients.

• Develop individualized patient management and treatment plans.

• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding treatment options, expectations, and ongoing care.

• Administer intramuscular injections and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

• Support clinic growth by maintaining patient census goals.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable national, provincial, and local regulations, standards, and professional practice requirements.

• Promote continuity of care through effective follow-up and ongoing patient management.

What You Must Have

• Current Nurse Practitioner designation and active license in good standing.

• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
