MasterTech is on the search for 310J Trailer Technicians to join a stellar shop with great benefits and work perks. This is a great opportunity for a either a seasoned Red Seal 310J Trailer Mechanics OR new Red Seal 310J Techs and Apprentices.

The role pays $38.00–$40.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift premium; apprentice rates are $25.00–$35.00 per hour DOE and schooling.
Full company paid benefits (H/D/V), RRSP match, three weeks of vacation, paid lunches, and company events.
There is a 5x8 day shift (Mon–Fri: 6:00am–3:00pm, Fridays 6:00am–2:00pm) and a 4x10 afternoon shift (Mon–Thu: 2:30pm–1:30am) with a $2.00/hour shift premium on the 4x10 shift.
You’ll work on Dry Vans, Reefer Units, Flat-Beds, Agriculture trailers, and specialty trailers including live bottoms.
This is a full-time position located in Breslau, ON.
Benefits include company events, BBQs, lunches, and Fridays that allow leaving early; the role guarantees 44 hours per week with overtime on additional hours.
