NOW HIRING: Brand Ambassadors

Join us in celebrating an exciting new store opening! We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to help create a memorable experience for shoppers during this special two-day event.

Location: Southgate Mall, Edmonton, AB

2-DAY EVENT EDMONTON

June 27th: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
June 28th: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Mandatory Virtual Training:

Week of June 22nd (Date and time TBD)

Pay: $28/h

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests and creating excitement around the store opening
Engaging with customers and providing a positive brand experience
Assisting with event activities, promotions, and customer interactions
Supporting store traffic flow and guest experiences
Distributing promotional materials and event giveaways as required
Assisting with event setup and teardown
Representing the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
Working closely with the event team to ensure a successful activation

Who We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals
Brand Ambassadors with strong communication and customer service skills
Individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable team players with a positive attitude
Previous brand ambassador, retail, event, or customer service experience is an asset
Passion for fashion and retail is a plus

Requirements:

Must be available for the mandatory virtual training session and both event dates (June 27 & 28)
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the duration of the shift
Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
