Job Title: Full-Time & Part-Time Valet
Location: Downtown Toronto
Wage: $18.35/hour Plus Tips

What Would You Be Doing?

• Provide excellent customer service to high-end clientele and resolve inquiries efficiently and promptly
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site and assist with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels and directing them in the appropriate direction
• Issue and collect valet tickets as required
• Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages
• Ensure all parked vehicles are locked and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk
• Quickly return to the site curb to await the arrival of the next customer vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

What Are the Working Conditions?

• Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What Are We Looking For?

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with 1-2 years experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid class G driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission is required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
