Vernon Hyundai, part of The Wyant Group, is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our dealership.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our team in a professional, team-oriented workplace. Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The schedule is Monday - Friday.

What You'll Bring

Previous receptionist experience

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Direct visitors to the appropriate team members
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain filing systems and dealership records
Receive deliveries, process incoming mail, and distribute correspondence
Monitor and replenish office supply inventory
Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas remain clean, organized, and inviting
Assist the Accounting Department and other team members as required
