We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance CSR to join our dynamic team. Both NEW and seasoned brokers are welcomed. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to personal and commercial insurance policies.

  • Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management team.

  • Provide accurate information on policy coverage and claims processes.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional insurance products to customers.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements.

  • Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

  • Actively participate in training initiatives

  • Participate in community marketing initiatives


Experience/Qualifications

  • Mandarin or/and Cantonese are required for this position.

  • Post-Secondary Education is required.

  • RIBO license preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in insurance sectors.

  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets consistently.

  • Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance policies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Strong teamwork skills while being accountable for individual success.

  • Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities with customers.
