This is a unique opportunity to introduce the Talley wireless brand and its compelling wireless solutions to customers across Canada. An Outside Sales Representative (OSR) at Talley Canada is a business-to-business (B2B) sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals for wireless and wireline telecommunications network infrastructure products. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts within the wireless and telecommunications industries * Customer Relationship Management: Travel to meet clients, present products, and negotiate contracts to build strong, lasting partnerships. * Product Expertise: Promote products from key suppliers * Strategic Planning: Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share. * Collaboration: Work with internal technical support and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. * Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar B2B sales role, preferably in telecommunications or distribution industries. * Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers. * Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients * At least 1 year of experience in the Wireless Industry is preferred. * 2+ years of Product Application experience. * Ability to multitask efficiently across phone, ERP systems, web browsers, and email. * Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Excel. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. This is a full-time position based in Edmonton, AB.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proven outside sales experience in B2B or telecommunications or distribution, and the ability to travel frequently.
Strong product understanding, ability to explain technical products, multitasking across phone, ERP, web, and email, and proficient use of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams and Excel.
Responsibilities include actively seeking new business, managing existing accounts, meeting clients to present products, negotiating contracts, and developing territory plans to increase sales and market share.
