Hiring: Full-Time Driver & Residential Cleaner

Company Vehicle Provided | Must Have Class 5 License

We're growing and looking for to fill (2) roles within our company - one cleaner/driver and one regular cleaning staff member.

What You'll Do: You will be cleaning in a team environment with a team lead/supervisor.

This is a fast-paced role. Our teams complete multiple homes per day, so:

You must be able to work efficiently without slowing the team down
You must follow timing expectations for each area

You must be comfortable with:

Taking direction throughout the day
Being coached and corrected in real-time
Following a structured cleaning system and checklist.

This role is NOT a good fit if you:

Prefer working alone without direction
Dislike being corrected or coached
Get frustrated working at a fast pace
Prefer a relaxed or slow work environment

Requirements:

***Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License (REQUIRED FOR CLEANER/DRIVER POSITION)***
Comfortable driving and cleaning
Available 30–40 hours/week (Full-Time)
Team player with a strong work ethic
