The Role:
This role is for you ifyou'repassionate about fostering a client-focused, solution-driven, and collaborative culture. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, based in Vancouver, to join our team.
In this highly collaborative role, you will act as a key communicator, working both internally and externally to ensure client success and business expansion. With a strong customer service mindset, you willbe responsible fordeveloping market strategies, leading account managers, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring we consistently deliver winning solutions to our global clients.

Duties:
- Develop and continually improve the Business DevelopmentStrategyby conducting competitive analysis,leveragingclientinsights,and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a Client Relationship Management Strategy,engaging inthe broader business and teams,establishingand nurturing strategic partnerships and managing client relationships across regions,leading to new opportunities.
- Ability to effectively qualify and scope opportunities by assessing client needs, project requirements, and organizational fit to ensure successful delivery andmaximumclient value.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote MiningPlus'sservices.
- Maintain the client and lead database.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts, project managers, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery ofproposals.
- Provide feedback, development opportunities, andmentoringbusiness development skills to team members and business unit leaders.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience: 10+ years' experience in business development with a strong understanding of the mining industry and technical mining services.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships.
- Technical Background: A technical engineering background is highly regarded but not required.
- Client-Centric: Proventrack recordin developing andmaintaininglong-term client relationships, with an emphasis on client advocacy and balancing client-business needs. Proventrack recordof driving business growth, achieving targets, and exceeding client expectations.
