Glamping Experience Specialist

Grotto Getaway is seeking a Glamping Experience Specialist who combines creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to enhance our glamping accommodations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating unique and inviting spaces for our guests, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, ensuring glamping facilities and units meet our standards, and are ready for guest arrivals.

● Assist with restaging glamping units to maintain and elevate their aesthetic appeal.

● Utilize creativity and a good eye for details to design, stage and maintain glamping units that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

● Maintain the upkeep and organization of staging materials and storage areas.

● Collaborate with the team to implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.

● Address any staging or maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.

● Perform other tasks as assigned to support the glamping operations.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field, is a plus but not required.

● A strong eye for design and detail, with creativity in staging and decorating spaces.

● Excellent work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

● Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as setting up, cleaning, and re-staging glamping units.

● Strong organizational skills to manage inventories and staging materials.

Compensation and Benefits:

● Hourly rate from $20 per hour.

●Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal.

●Contract length: 5-8 months.

● Free accommodation provided for the successful candidate, if needed.
