Experienced Hardscape Installer – Interlock, Retaining Walls & Pool Coping

Bild Pools and Landscape Construction is looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our team.

We specialize in high-quality landscape construction, including interlock patios, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, pool coping, pool decking, grading, and complete backyard installations. We are looking for someone who has real hands-on experience and takes pride in clean, professional work.

This position is best suited for someone who understands hardscape construction, can work efficiently with a crew, and knows the difference between “good enough” and “do it properly.”

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will help with:

Installing interlock patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decking

Building retaining walls and garden walls

Installing pool coping and stone work

Base preparation, excavation, grading, and compaction

Cutting and fitting pavers, coping, and wall block

Reading basic layouts and following job instructions

Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

Working with the crew to complete projects on schedule

Operating basic tools and equipment safely

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in hardscape, interlock, retaining walls, or landscape construction

Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Strong attention to detail

Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting points

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Experience with pool coping, grading, concrete base prep, or natural stone is an asset

Valid driver's licence is preferred

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has experience installing interlock and retaining walls, understands proper base preparation, and can work without needing to be taught the basics.

We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and proud of the finished product.

Job Type:

Full-time / Seasonal with potential for long-term work

Pay:

Competitive pay based on experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with some weekends as needed during the busy season

Location:

Work is performed on job sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
