Carpenter

Invictus Northwest Group is growing and looking for dependable, skilled individuals to join our

construction and infrastructure crew. We're hiring people with carpentry experience and/or machine

operating experience (excavator, road building) who are ready to work, contribute, and grow with the

company.

Position: Carpenter

Wage: $27–$32 per hour (based on experience and certification)

What You'll Do:

• Perform framing, formwork, and general carpentry work
• Assist with asphalt projects
• Read and follow drawings, plans, and site instructions
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Support the crew to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 Carpentry Apprentice, Red Seal, or solid hands-on experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team player who can take direction and get things done

Assets:

• Residential or commercial construction experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to step up and take initiative
