We are seeking a customer-facing Accounting Business Analyst to join a mature but expanding energy software company. This is a critical role focused on translating complex business workflows into tailored software configurations.
The Role
The Role
- Partner with clients to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and design "to-be" processes.
- Translate complex customer needs into clear functional requirements for the development team to configure.
- Guide customers toward improved operational efficiency by maximizing the value of the platform.
- Lead solution demonstrations and provide training to ensure smooth deployment and long-term adoption.
- 6+ years in a customer-facing implementation, business Analyst, or consultant role.
- Accounting or financial background
- Strong understanding of business processes, ideally gained through experience with at least one ERP (Finance/Accounting preferred).
- A confident, professional presence in front of clients paired with a humble, collaborative mindset.
- The ability to anticipate obstacles and think critically about tailored solutions.
- Flexible remote workplace with flexible hours. Must be residing in Calgary, AB
