Shipper/Receiver

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Shipper/receiver in the North part of Guelph! Monday to Friday 7-3:30pm Job Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the efficient shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, and warehouse organization within the facility. Ensures accurate documentation, proper storage of materials, timely shipment of finished goods, and coordination with production to maintain operational flow while adhering to company safety, quality, and environmental policies Experience - Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments preferred - Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment Requirements: - Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders, and report discrepancies - Inspect incoming goods for damage or quality concerns and report issues to management - Prepare, package, label, and ship finished goods according to customer requirements and company procedures - Complete shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier documentation Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments Have valid 3rd party Forklift license Pay rate: $22/hr - $24/hr Applicants who meet the criteria will be contacted for next steps.
