What You'll Do
As a Tire Technician at Country Tire, you'll be hands-on from day one:
- Mount, balance, and repair tires across a range of vehicle types
- Assist with inventory management and shop organization
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and contribute to a smooth-running team
- Paying strong attention to detail and being dedicated to honesty and fairness
- Work weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule
- Minimum 1 year of tire experience (required -- applications without this will not be reviewed)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Able to commute to or relocate in Surrey, BC before your start date
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Employee meals and shop discount
- On-site parking
- Competitive wages: $20-$22/hr base; additional pay tiers for qualified candidates

This role is based in Surrey, BC, and applicants must be able to commute to or relocate to Surrey before the start date.
The salary range is $20.00–$27.00 per hour, with additional pay tiers for qualified candidates and performance-based bonuses.
You will work weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
