Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluate patient mobility, function, and rehabilitation needs
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and clinical findings
Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and therapeutic exercises
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on injury prevention, posture, recovery, and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with professional standards
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Participate in professional development and stay updated with best practices in physiotherapy
Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Ontario
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
