We are hiring entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our team in Mississauga. This role involves both customer interaction and sales-related activities as part of structured field marketing and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and respectful manner

• Communicate information about client products and services

• Support sales and customer engagement initiatives in the field

• Participate in structured outreach and promotional activities

• Attend daily training and team coordination sessions

• Work as part of a team in a structured environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Interest in customer service and sales development

• No prior experience required (training provided)

Compensation:
This position includes a guaranteed base pay along with performance-based incentives. Total earnings typically range from $500 to $1,200 per week depending on performance and participation.

Additional Information:
This is an in-person role involving customer engagement, sales support activities, and structured outreach campaigns. Full training is provided.
