Full Time Experienced Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator Position Available Now In Halton Hills! Permanent Position Join a company that continues to grow their production lines facilities. Immediate Vacancy Payrate $55k-$62k/ year Benefits after 3 months Free onsite parking Requirements - 3-5 years' Dispatch/Logistics coordinator experience - Comfortable working in a food environment, including meat - Strong communication skills - Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain an asset - MS Excel GPS technology experience - GMP CFIA experience an asset - Able to work on a day or afternoon shift Monday to Saturday (scheduled 5 days/week) Responsibilities:. - Dispatching contracts to carriers - Track inventory - Field and direct all incoming phone calls - Email communication between client and vendors - Liaison between the company and clients - Ensure compliance to predetermined routes, customer protocols and safety procedures. - Handle emergency pickup and delivery of orders. - Troubleshoot and resolve any driver and customer issues. - Confirming customs broker information. - Saving all documents (BOLS/Customs docs/Packing lists) to the server. - Trace and track all the shipments - Ensuring Carriers have insurance, and an acceptable safety rating before securing.
