Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Agricultural & Industrial Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll install, service, and repair agricultural and industrial equipment both on farms and in production facilities. We're seeking someone with a positive, “can-do” attitude who enjoys problem-solving, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission new equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Prepare accurate daily service and repair reports.
• Assist with daily scheduling and coordination of service activities.
• Rig grain silos and assist crane operators on-site.
• Train client staff on proper equipment operation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in agriculture or industrial environments is required (poultry ideally).
• Background in construction, electrical, welding, or fabrication preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (required).

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8–10 hours per day).
• Occasional overtime, evenings, and weekend shifts as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24–$35 per hour (based on experience).
• Medical and dental benefits after 6 months.
• 2 weeks paid vacation per year.
