Quality Inspector – Aerospace & Precision Machining | $23–$27/hr | Full-Time | Vaughan, ONLocation: Vaughan, Ontario
Pay: $25–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
What You'll Be DoingPerform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of precision-machined componentsVerify incoming materials and finished products meet customer and engineering specificationsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical documentationInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, fixtures, and other measuring equipmentReview material certifications, test reports, and certificates of conformanceComplete First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and inspection reportsAssist with non-conformance investigations and NCR documentationIdentify and segregate non-conforming materialsMaintain accurate quality records and documentationSupport compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS)
What We're Looking For3–5+ years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing inspectionExperience inspecting machined, CNC, or aerospace components preferredStrong understanding of blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standardsExperience using precision measuring instrumentsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment

The pay is $23.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience.
The role is located in Vaughan, Ontario, with hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
Conduct receiving and final inspections on machined components, verify materials and finished parts meet specifications, interpret drawings and 3D models, review certificates, identify non-conforming materials, assist with NCRs, and complete First Article Inspection reports.
Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing; GD&T knowledge; familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100; strong computer skills; aerospace or precision machining experience is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards is preferred, along with following the Quality Management System (QMS) and company procedures.
You will review material certificates and test reports, validate certificates of conformance from vendors, and complete NCRs and First Article Inspection reports as required.
