Position Overview:

The Service Advisor is the face of our business and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through the repair process, and help them make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.

We're looking for someone who is positive, organized, and passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing outstanding service, and creating a seamless experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly,build trust, andassess their vehicle service needs.
• Recommend additional servicesbased on inspections and maintenance needs tomaximize sales opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and professionallywith customers throughout the service process.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and work orders.
• Coordinate workflowbetween customers, technicians, and parts staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Follow upwith customers on approvals, service status updates, and post-service satisfaction.
• Maintainhigh standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Help driveshop performance KPIsincluding car count, ARO (average repair order), and closing ratio.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as aService Advisor,Customer Service Representative, orSales Consultantin the automotive industry (preferred).
• Strongsales skillsandcustomer service focus.
• Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solving abilities.
• Ability towork in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity withautomotive repair processesandservice management software(an asset).
