Server | Wildfire Grillhouse

The Wildfire Grillhouse is looking for a fun, enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, responsible, reliable person to fulfil the duties of SERVER.

The Wildfire is in Niagara Falls and is known for its friendly staff, and good food. We strive to provide the best friendly, professional service while meeting excellent standards of food quality.

As a Wildfire Server, your duties and responsibilities will extend beyond that of a typical server. This will allow you, the server to expand your skill sets and work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges presenting themselves on a daily basis.

The Wildfire Servers must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Experienced in the restaurant industry and able to maintain the highest customer service standards.
• Personable and friendly who make customers feel welcome every time.
• Excited and bring a positive attitude with them every day.
• Professional in their appearance and actions.
• Passionate about food and hospitality.
• Hard working, fast moving and able to keep pace in a busy work environment.
• Committed to success of the restaurant, the company and its employees
• An appetite for learning and flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum experience working in a restaurant
• Food and Beverage serving experience and personality
• Strong communication skills are an asset
• Mornings, Evenings and Weekends availability is important
• Smart Serve Certification Required
• Toast operating system
