What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients and partners.
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM systems and internal processes.
- Research businesses, markets, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic expansion initiatives.
- Track activity metrics, pipeline updates, and follow-up schedules.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, recruiting, lead generation, account management, or business development.
- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working within structured systems and CRM platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industries.
- Post-secondary education preferred (college diploma or university degree), though relevant experience will also be considered.
