About the Role

We are currently hiring Packaging Operators to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Mississauga. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality and cleanliness and are comfortable working in a regulated food production environment.

Packaging Operators play a key role in preparing, inspecting, and packaging finished dairy products while following strict food safety, quality, and safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to support daily production
• Load and replenish packaging materials (bottles, cartons, labels, pallets, etc.)
• Inspect products for quality, weight, seal integrity, and proper labeling
• Identify and report equipment issues, jams, or irregularities
• Perform basic line adjustments within training guidelines
• Complete production and traceability documentation accurately
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support end-of-shift and between-product cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and health & safety requirements

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing / dairy processing facility
• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive tasks and line work
• Warm and humid conditions
• Exposure to production noise and food-grade cleaning chemicals
• Lifting up to 45 lbs
• PPE required (safety shoes, gloves, hairnet, hearing protection)

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food manufacturing or packaging experience is an asset (not required)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Comfortable working morning, afternoon, night, or weekend shifts as required
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

This position is offered through 3PL Inc., a licensed Temporary Help Agency. Successful candidates will be employed by 3PL Inc. and assigned to client worksites. This posting represents an existing vacancy and does not require Canadian experience. Equivalent experience gained in other jurisdictions is welcome. This position offers full time hours on a temporary / assignment basis. This assignment is based on client operational requirements and may be extended, shortened, or concluded at any time.
