We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support manufacturing finance operations, including cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability reporting. This role directly supports plant-level financial performance and decision-making.

- Lead monthly forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Analyze inventory, COGS, PPV, and overhead variances.
- Support budgeting and standard costing updates.
- Conduct cost roll-ups and inventory analysis.
- Prepare capital expenditure reviews.
- Support audits and financial reporting.
- Improve financial processes and reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA (or in progress preferred).
- 5+ years manufacturing finance experience.
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
- Experience with cost accounting and reporting tools.

The salary range is $70,000.00–$85,000.00 annually.
This role is based in Mississauga, ON.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include leading monthly forecasting and profitability analysis, analyzing inventory, COGS, PPV, and overhead variances, supporting budgeting and standard costing updates, conducting cost roll-ups and inventory analysis, preparing capital expenditure reviews, supporting audits and financial reporting, and improving financial processes and reporting systems.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with CPA (or in progress) preferred, and 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience plus strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Proficiency in cost accounting and reporting tools, strong Excel, and ERP systems is required.
