We are hiring a Setup Operator (Die Change) to support press operations in a fast-paced metal stamping environment in Mississauga. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience).
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Responsibilities:
  • Set up and tear down press dies safely and efficiently.
  • Operate stamping equipment and maintain production standards.
  • Perform start-up checks on machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic press issues and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain quality, scrap, and production records.
  • Handle materials using forklifts, cranes, and lift equipment.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years press operation experience.
  • 2+ years die change/setup experience.
Forklift/crane experience an asset.
