RDC Property Services is hiring a part-time Home Inspector to support inspection coordination and reporting for clients of Tribe Management Inc. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage their own time.What the role looks like
- Coordinate and schedule home inspections with clients
- Conduct inspections when required
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Complete inspection reports and documentation
- Flexible scheduling – inspections are arranged based on availability, including yours
- Work independently – manage your own day without constant oversight
- Supplemental income – great for someone with other work, business, or commitments
- Variety – no two days (or properties) are the same
- Organized and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented when it comes to reporting
- Prior property or inspection experience is an asset
- Must have a reliable vehicle and Class 5 Driver's License
- Status: Part-time
- Hours: Will vary based on inspection demand
- Location: Field-based (local travel required)
