We are seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to customers calling in with questions or concerns. This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality service from a home-based environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
