Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending services
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams
  • Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems
  • Maintain detailed records and follow company procedures
  • Uphold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings
  • Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

  • Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
