We are hiring Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Agents to provide responsive and empathetic customer support. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls.
  • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
  • Log all customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
