Position Summary

The Painter / Shop Helperis responsible forpreparing and finishing metal products for painting while supporting general shop activities andmaintaininga safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare products for painting (masking, cleaning, surface prep)

• Perform grinding and deburring asrequired

• Safely lift and move materials and components

• Identifyand report safety hazards

• Follow all safety procedures whenoperatingtools and equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communicationskills

• Ability to follow instructions

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift and move materials

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
