As a Customer Service Representative at Indigo Park Canada, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a seamless and positive service experience across our national network. Our call center operates 24/7, and in this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering customer calls and ensuring the fast and efficient processing of parking-related tickets and requests. You will play a key role in supporting our commitment to consistently exceed customer and client expectations through professional, solution-oriented service. To succeed, you must be fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers during entry, payment, or exit from parking facilities
  • Process tickets and customer requests accurately within multiple systems
  • Ensure fast and efficient handling of cases and customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complete required follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with on-site teams and supervisors
  • Work comfortably with multiple systems and computer platforms simultaneously
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual(English and French)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts, as needed
  • Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment
