Casino Lounge Expeditor (Morning Shift Part-Time)

Red Deer Resort & Casino is seeking a Casino Lounge Expeditor (Morning Shift) to support our casino food and beverage operations during morning service. This role is ideal for a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.

This opportunity is also a great fit for students and individuals entering the workforce, particularly those who have recently turned 18 and are looking to gain experience in hospitality, customer service, and food & beverage operations.

This position is part-time, scheduled from Thursday to Sunday (morning shifts).

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation starts at minimum wage plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with busing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Support servers with side duties including restocking, cleaning, and general service support.
Ensure accuracy and presentation of food orders before delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and workstations.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Provide excellent customer service and support overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
Ability to lift and carry trays and items as required.
Flexible availability for morning shifts (Thursday to Sunday).
Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an asset but not required.
