Junior Business Analyst
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our Energy, Oil and Gas client to find a first-class Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Mississauga. The primary responsibility of this role will be to support research, documentation, and case management activities across the business.
Compensation: $60K OTE - $55K Base + Bonus
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

• Document and analyze required information and data
• Organize, manage, and maintain case files to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review contract/licensing renewals, agreements, and documents for accuracy
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure follow-through
• Document findings and recommendations for management
• Work with various departments to ensure delivery of required specifications
• Maintain strong relationships with the service team and business units
• Assist with ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned

You should have the following in your background to apply:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to feedback
• Strategic and analytical thinking ability
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with accuracy and speed
• Ability to deliver work within established deadlines
