Outside Sales Rep

Location: Pickering, ON
Compensation: $70,000 base + $10,000 performance bonus + company vehicle
About the Role
We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across an established territory based out of Pickering. This is a field-focused role built for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business.
You'll be responsible for developing new accounts while managing and growing an existing customer base. If you're someone who prefers being on the road, in front of customers, and in control of your own results—this role is designed for you.
What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within your territory
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase share of wallet
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and consistently hit revenue targets
• Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
• Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule
• Comfortable spending the majority of time on the road
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
