Pallet Builder

Join our team! Woodbridge Pallet is a leading manufacturer of new and recycled pallets, serving a wide range of industries with a commitment to quality and efficiency. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced full time Pallet Builder to join our afternoon shift production team at our Woodbridge location. This post is for a current vacancy. What you will do: * Operate pneumatic nail guns to assemble and repair wooden pallets efficiently and accurately * Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity * Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area * Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards * Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment What we require: * 2 plus years' prior experience as a Pallet Builder or in a similar wood assembly role is required * Comfortable using hand tools, nail guns, and power tools * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks * Strong attention to detail and safety * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer: * Competitive hourly wage - ($19-$20 per hour based on experience) * Health and dental benefits * Afternoon Shift hours * Supportive team environment and training opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace.
