Schedule: Friday, Saturday + one weekday availability required (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week

About the Role

We're hiring a personable, dependable, and positive team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. We'll teach you the technical side.

You'll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners, capture listing media using our systems and shot guidelines, and help create a smooth, professional, stress-free experience for every client.

What You'll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled shoots

• Capture interior and exterior listing media using our training and systems

• Represent the company professionally with agents and homeowners

• Create a friendly, confident, and polished client experience

• Upload media after shoots (no editing required)

• Follow detailed processes consistently

• Learn additional creative skills over time, including videography

Schedule & Availability

• Friday and Saturday availability is REQUIRED

• Must also be available one weekday (Monday-Thursday)

• Approximately 10-15 hours/week to start

• Opportunity for increased hours during busy season (up to 30 hours/week), with long-term potential for full-time growth

• Work occurs during daytime business hours (9AM - Dusk)

• Schedule and weekly hours will vary depending on booking volume

• Local travel throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph required

• Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.25/km

Compensation & Growth

• Paid training: $17.60/hour

• Photographer rate: Starting at $23/hour

• Video-certified team members: $27/hour

• Mileage reimbursement: $0.25/km
