Technical Business Analyst (BA)
Our client in Edmonton is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in Technical Writing to support the documentation of our internally developed and supported applications and systems. The role will work closely with our Sr. Integrations Lead to determine which applications will be documented in which order. This documentation will be fed into our Claude AI tools to ease subsequent development and testing efforts. Consultant will report directly to the Director of Technology. This is a fixed term contract that will begin in early to mid-June 2026 and ends in September 2026.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Gather, analyze, and document technical specifications for internally developed and supported applications and systems
- Develop process flows and related BA artifacts
- Document workflows, data flows, and system interactions in collaboration with technical stakeholders
- Will be responsible for managing and reporting on backlog of documentation efforts
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Technology Business Analysis
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
- Experience with MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Copilot, MS Visio, Claude or similar AI tools is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with professionalism and attention to detail
