Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their growing team in downtown Toronto. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Associate, Junior Partner, or seasoned Counsel seeking to work in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with strong autonomy and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide advanced Wills & Estates legal services and maintain strong client relationships

· Advise clients on Ontario Wills & Estates law matters

· Draft comprehensive estate plans, including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney

· Work with ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals, professionals, business owners, and blended families

· Handle complex estate planning, trusts, business succession, and post-mortem tax planning matters

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Trusts, Wills & Estates

· Strong knowledge of Ontario Wills & Estates law

· TEP designation or currently pursuing it is considered an asset

· Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
