The successful candidate will oversee hotel operations including reservations, occupancy, staffing, property inspections, compliance, and collaboration with the leadership teams from other departments
Key focuses of the role will be to build strong hospitality industry relationships while managing operational, financial, HR, and sales/marketing functions to support the hotel's strategic goals.
Candidates should possess post secondary (Bachelor's in Hospitality preferred), strong financial acumen, exception leadership and communication skills and experience using hotel property management systems (PMS).
