Entry-Level Photographer

We know the title says “Entry-Level Photographer” but honestly, we're customer service people first, we just happen to hold a camera!

This role is all about how you show up with people. If you're someone who can walk into a home, communicate confidently, make people feel comfortable, and represent a brand professionally, you're already ahead of most applicants.

We can teach the technical side.

What we can't teach is reliability, professionalism, great communication, and positive energy.

About the Role

We're hiring a dependable, coachable, and people-focused team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Niagara Region.

You'll travel to residential properties throughout the area capturing photo and media content for real estate listings while creating an amazing experience for agents and homeowners.

No prior real estate photography experience is required.

We provide paid training, equipment, systems, and support.

What You'll Do

• Travel to homes and properties throughout the Niagara Region
• Capture interior and exterior real estate media using our training and shot systems
• Deliver a professional, friendly client experience
• Upload media after appointments (no editing required)
• Learn additional services like drone and video over time
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Schedule & Availability

• Monday-Friday daytime availability required
• Approximately 20 hours/week
• Flexible scheduling based on appointments
• Must have at least 15 hours of weekday daytime availability
• Driving throughout the Niagara Region and surrounding areas is required

Compensation & Growth

• Paid training at $15/hour
• Standard shoots begin around $25 per 60-mins of on-site time
• Increased pay available for drone-certified photographers and video services
• Mileage reimbursement provided
